Summary

Saw onSelectionChange event selection emitter is not setup on android. PR aims to fix:

  1. Missing Event Registration: The onSelectionChange event isn't registered in getExportedCustomDirectEventTypeConstants()
  2. No Selection Change Listener: There's no code tracking selection changes in your PasteInputEditText
