- Lead engineering as CTO at Renov: a trade-in platform handling real transactions, where reliability and data integrity are non-negotiable.
- Run CODEFI, a software house delivering production systems for clients across web, cloud, and backend.
- Stay hands-on. I design the architecture, set the engineering standards, and write code. I do not just manage from a distance.
I optimize for systems that keep working after launch, not demos that impress once:
- Reliability by default: idempotent jobs and webhooks, explicit timeouts on every external call, no silent failures.
- Ship small, ship safe: expand-then-contract schema changes, no breaking releases, fast iteration without burning the product down.
- Observability and security first: structured logging, no secrets in code, no PII in logs.
- Maintainable by a real team: solutions a mid-level engineer can own, not clever code only I understand.
