This program is made available under the terms of the GNU General Public License
(GPL -- see the accompanying LICENSE-GPL file).  Moreover, it uses various
routines and libraries made available under the terms of other licenses
including but not limited to the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL -- see
the accompanying LICENSE-LGPL file).  For a complete list, see

The terms of the GPL and LGPL licenses require that you must be provided with
the source code to be able to reproduce those libraries.  To do this, download
the source code from http://www.nars2000.org/download/binaries:

GSL:            gsldir.zip
MPIR/MPFR/ECM:  mpfns-src.zip

and follow the instructions in the <readme.txt> file in each download.
