New graded assignments are authored separately. (Historically there was an `*-Exercises.ipynb` / `*-WithExampleSolution.ipynb` / `*-Private.ipynb` split; the StepTracker pair has been consolidated, and `*-Private.ipynb` files remain gitignored.)
