LUT-27605 : Workgroup - View form responses

there are 4 commits :

• control access to response details within workgroup : to avoid user that are not in the workgroup to access the response details
• control display of response list on panel according to wo…: to display on the multiview panel response a the user has access to within his workgroup. This commit includes many overloads because we need to get the User (with the request) in this class src/java/fr/paris/lutece/plugins/forms/business/form/panel/initializer/querypart/impl/FormPanelFormsInitializerQueryPart.java in order to check witch forms the user has access to. This class in nested into abtracts classes.
• control display of form title according to workgroup : in multiview panel include only form title that user has access to (in the select)
• check access form within workgroup control with separated function : this is a fix

the proposed solution may cause performance problems, but the problem is not simple, it needs to be thought about
