Working

This is an almost-stable version. It is being used to prepare final figures for the code-paper. Some functionality is missing: namely the observables class still has to be implemented (probably in v1.1). During the final adjustments to the paper, one should expect minor tweaks to default parameter values and ironing of bugs, which should be all done when v1.0 is released.

Initial release, compatible with most results shown in conferences in Leiden and Bonn in March 2017.
