BREAKING CHANGE: drop Node.js 18 support
According to Node.js LTS schedule, Node.js 18 reaches EOL. This PR will drop the Node.js 18 support.
A number of our dependencies are dropping Node.js 18 support, so we'd need to do the same in order to keep using the latest versions.
