Sxian/clt 2400/add cmake files to release skip examples executables

This PR does:

1. Remove the example executables from the release, the reason is that the executables requires protobuf and some other libs with specific paths on MacOS, that is not runnable without some hacks.
2. ship the livekitTarget.cmake to make it consumable
3. change livekitTarget.cmake to link protobuf, absl
