This PR introduces the
livekit-plugins-reson8, a speech-to-text plugin for Reson8.We support both realtime and batch processing, with realtime implementing a server-side turn detection as well.
You can register and create an API client and key under https://console.reson8.dev/api-clients, which gives you enough credits to verify the e2e flow.
We are already publishing the plugin from another repository, so we'll need to handover the PyPi project to your organisation before this PR is merged. I've already disabled the release pipeline from our repository, if you share which user we should add as an owner to the PyPi project, we can grant you ownership so you can configure the trusted publisher and move the ownership over before we merge this PR.
