mzTab Validator Webapplication 1.0.24

This is release 1.0.24 of the jmzTab-M validator webapplication. It uses version 1.0.4 of the jmzTab-M library.

This release updates fixes issues with broken or incompatible mzTab 1.0 and mzTab-M 2.0 files, resulting in additional error message output when parsing and/or validation fail. It also adds a new draft semantic validation file for the upcoming mzTab-M for lipidomics standard: https://github.com/lipidomics-standards-initiative/mzTab-L.
