Description
Currently the default icon theme background image is not appearing when changing color theme with left+right, but does with dropdown change. Therefore trigger the loading via forced refresh, and simplify things a bit.
Wallpaper updating is done in
xmb_populate_entries(), butsetting_uint_action_left_with_refresh()prevents population, but will callxmb_list_push().
