Basic reimplementation of the BOOM Fullscreen HUD for GZDoom, using SBARINFO.

- the Slot for the current weapon is not higlighted
- the Ammo indicator coloring is not quantity-based
- the Armor indicator coloring is not class-based
- the Stats widget has been relocated
