This is the initial release of sysmon3 (pronounced sys-mon-3).
It is the client portion of a client/server application, sysmon3/sysmond.
sysmon3 is a follow on to sysmon-qt, but offers much more flexibility.
It offers the ability to run multiple instances on local and remote systems.

The program is based on Qt (either qt5 or qt6). It allows for setup and
configuration of a small window in a graphical environment to monitor a
system's critical running parameters.
