This PR moves Rocq integration out of Lean Beam into the independent, frozen rocq-beam project. Beam’s broker, CLI, installer, and agent skill now focus on Lean.
backendfields from broker requests and continuation handles, optional trailingleanarguments fromserve,doctor, andvalidated-toolchains, and the former Rocq goals fieldstext,compact, andppFormat. Reject the removed broker fields.
