Better Speech Detection

• Train a Custom Language Model to detect expect joke phrases from user
• Remove laugh capture feature since it was kind of annoying
• Show user when they should start speaking (after audio player starts)

Added new features requested by Elena:

• When a user says something wrong after "knock, knock", respond with "When I say 'Knock knock', you say, 'Who's there'? Knock, knock."
• A laugh meter captures how funny a joke is when you laugh at it.
• 50 new knock knock jokes added
• Fixed bug with robot voice
