chore: upgrade turbo (Turborepo)

Upgrading Turbo to get rid of this message that spams the console during builds.

The upgrade script did most of the work. The list of breaking changes are available at https://turborepo.com/blog/turbo-2-0#breaking-changes and the only one that seems to apply is:

pipeline key in turbo.json renamed to tasks

setup: delete node_modules and .turbo

rm -rf .turbo
rm -rf node_modules

• yarn
• yarn build in ~/langchain/langchain-core
• yarn lint:fix in ~/langchain/ and check for changes with git status
• yarn format in ~/langchain/ and check for changes with git status
• yarn build in ~/langchain/
• yarn test in ~/langchain/
