cleanup the clusterloader2 load testing config file and deployment yaml

As a part of #1125, default value of the variables
ENABLE_CONFIGMAPS, ENABLE_DAEMONSETS, ENABLE_JOBS, ENABLE_SECRETS, and ENABLE_STATEFULSETS are set to true, and these values are not overriden in any of the tests. The config file and deployment yaml can now be be simplified as discussed in #1036 (comment) .

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
