docs: improved Invoke-WebRequest command

The PowerShell Invoke-WebRequest writes each byte in the progress bar which significantly hinders the download speed compared to other medium.

Added an option to hide the progress bar, which resulted into drastic performance.
For me the download time dropped from several minutes to few seconds.
