Attempt to resolve conflict between Discourse software (i.e. the select-and-quote-in-reply feature #1 , and post reaction bugginess) and this plugin...

• "Gizz Setlist" button added to text editor
• new post tag: [setlist]date[/setlist]
  • date format: yyyy-mm-dd
  • if multiple shows on same date, can specify like so: yyyy-mm-dd#2
• tap/click text to load setlist (this avoids hammering the Songfish API on pageload)
  • once data has loaded, tap/hover will show setlist data + link
• obviously-invalid dates are flagged
  • ...but valid-looking dates for which there is no show data, can only be marked once the data fetch is attempted
