Overview
Release 0.138.0 bumps package version, changelog, and VERSION alongside generated SDK types for managed auth.

The functional change is human-in-the-loop (HITL) for managed auth logins when an unsolvable CAPTCHA blocks automation. Connections expose a hitl flag on reads and on create/update (default false). When enabled, the flow can pause at AWAITING_HUMAN_INTERVENTION instead of failing; clients get a human_intervention canonical choice, use live_view_url to finish the challenge, then submit that choice to resume. Reauth does not use this pause path.

SSE managed_auth_state events and timeline step enums include the new flow step; choice type unions document human_intervention. A generated connection create test now passes hitl: false in its optional-params fixture.
