Overview
Release 0.94.0 adds a new client.siteConfigs API for looking up and resolving browser/proxy recommendations on bot-protected sites (lookup, resolve, list analyses, list domain recommendations), including structured no-recommendation outcomes such as proxy_restricted.

Browser telemetry is expanded to mirror the control/platform split: new opt-in platform category and platform_api_call events, cdp_command events with redacted CDP argument shapes, page_crashed, and control.cdp.excluded_methods to filter high-volume CDP methods without disabling control capture. api_call is narrowed to browser-driving in-VM API traffic (with optional Playwright code); CDP connect/disconnect gain connection_id and disconnect counters for telemetry_dropped / telemetry_excluded.

Smaller contract updates: gpu now documents region=us-east requirement, and proxy delete docs note tunnel termination when egress binding polling is enabled.
