feat: ragbot ui frontend integration

What has changed?

• intiated ragbot ui integration
• added root file for ragbot ui addition in each page
• fetching data from the backend and displaying based on user questions
• ui finishing touch according to the original frontend on landing page
• preloaded questions loaded for the first time
• chats stored on loacal storage
• frontend designed for bullet pointers, headings, links and markdown
• support form submission
