Application to monitor folder and when new jpg-file appears it will be sent to sftp-server.

Usage: ConsoleApp.exe (directory to watch)

example: .\ConsoleApp.exe C:\Users\User\source\repos\ConsoleApp\ConsoleApp\bin\Debug\netcoreapp3.1
