Snapchat-like Face Filters in OpenCV

Currently following filters are available:

1. Dog Filter
2. Moustache Filter
3. Cowboy Hat Filter

Dependencies

• OpenCV(3.2.0)
• Python 2.7x

Make Sure to paste all the filter png's in the same directory as filters.py
