WGCNA_ASF.m file is where the weights of co-expression network is transformed from correlation coefficients by hard thresholding and Asymmetric Sigmoid Function. The outputs of WGCNA_ASF.m should be used in WGCNA R-package. WGCNA_ASF_Modules.R file consists of the codes from original WGCNA R-package (Langfelder P and Horvath S, 2008). It guides to show at which step of WGCNA pipeline should the new input provided.
