Instead, depend on thestinger/rust-gmp, now that the missing functions have been merged. Also changed the order of parameters in is_multiple_of(), as it didn't seem to make sense neither reading the code out loud in English, nor that is_multiple_of() would have the same parameter order as divides(), which means the exact opposite.
