Refactor clustering strategy options and clean up debug utilities

This pr:
Cleans up clustering strategies and UI presentation for the V1 launch.

Key Changes

• Strategy Cleanup: Commented out hdbscan-tuned and kept hdbscan-conservative (renamed to HDBSCAN) as the recommended clustering option.
• UI/Dropdown: Labeled K-Means/K-Medoids as (Testing) and marked the highest-scoring strategy as (Recommended).
• Dashboard Pills: Filtered out testing strategies from the comparison pills on the dashboard.
• Debug Cleanup: Deleted the unused testEmbed.ts utility and removed its Tools menu registrations.
