Vendor items are now detected by item filter
For this to work you must first interact with the vendor, only then can items be detected
TP/ID scrolls in belt are now included in counter on right hand side
Skulls added to default itemfilter.yaml (delete your itemfilter.yaml to generate a new default itemfilter)
Gem alerts have speech disabled in default itemfilter.yaml
Changing the hotkey configuration no longer requires restart
Some code refactored to be a little less terrible
