run make check M=1 to run more tests..
there is no sysroot in my TOOLCHAIN_DIR (but somewhere else).
also do not abuse PREFIX. it's not a prefix.
these do not seem to work. (need an override in case they should.)

now i get (from travis) what is this supposed to mean? i don't think i have touched anything related to it. |

here are a few commits i created while trying to build toxcore for android-arm.
these should not change the default behaviour but make the scripts a bit more flexible. now, with a few local
android.settingsi was able to build.
