Summary

replace the iOS builds' sound backend with a new AVAudioEngine driven service
implement IOSAVSoundSystem along with buffer and source classes that wrap AVAudioEngine and AVAudioPlayerNode
add CMake wiring so the new sound system is built and linked with AVFoundation frameworks on iOS targets

Testing

not run (iOS-specific build requires unavailable tooling in container)
