[DRAFT] Updated dependencies

[irian-codes]

Updated dependencies as much as possible.

Complex updates

These updates were more work than just updating the package.json file.

• TailwindCSS, from v3 to v4: Followed the guide and updated rules.
• lint-staged: migrated to the new recommended config file.
• Eslint from v8 to v9: migrated to the new FlatConfig file. Needed to edit prompt.ts too because seems it detected an extra error.

Cannot update

• ChromaDB until this is included in a future version of the npm chromadb package. Because Trigger.dev cannot compile otherwise.
• @radix-ui/react-scroll-area still cannot be updated because it breaks (see commit 7ca3ede). Maybe we'll need to consider adapting, but for now we are waiting until they release at least a major version.
