Adds MSD-LIVE to example RDM instances list

@zguillen thank you very much for adding MDSLive. I have created another PR for this, because of the conflicts, I didn't want to force push to your repo:

I have added MDSLive to the list, following alphabetical order. However, be aware that we are planning to improve that page, and showcased the InvenioRDM instances separately. It will be improved and MDSLive will be more visible.
