The module `org.integratedmodelling.kim.updatesite` is not in use and has a deprecated definition: * https://github.com/eclipse-tycho/tycho/blob/tycho-4.0.9/RELEASE_NOTES.md#removal-of-deprecated-eclipse-update-site-and-eclipse-application-packaging-types
No functional testing, just make it build
Basic observations running on JDK21 work. Also launching kModeler + importing a project.

* The packaging used was removed in recent version of tycho * We don't use the updatesite, we deploy a full "distribution" every time
A model defined with a Groovy expression was failing silently. Behind the scenes there was the following error: Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unsupported class file major version 65 Version 65 is Java 17. The default target compilation level on Eclipse 2024-09. Updating to Groovy 3.0.23 solves the issue
