Added the ability to link a page to an application menu and open it in a new tab/page.
To use it, add the url parameter to the @menu annotation:

@menu(title="IM page", url="https:\\integratedmodelling.org")
action infopage:

If action has content, the url will be opened in a new window and the code will be executed in the application.
