This minor release includes the following improvements:

  • Smarter, better, easier Django initialization #77
  • Update OpenTracing dependencies #78

Note that with this Django instrumentation update, the AUTOWRAPT_BOOTSTRAP environment variable handling has changed. Historical values will still work as intended but all variations have been united under one setting going forward:

export AUTOWRAPT_BOOTSTRAP=instana
