Adds some level of molecule-based testing and a contribution guide that informs how to use it.
Note: never done these before, so any and all feedback from anywhere is appreciated.
@hectcastro - Travis CI works against my branch in my repo - https://travis-ci.org/petemounce/ansible-buildkite-agent/builds/471108022. Where "works" means tells me I don't know how to fix my test and mirrors my local output, at any rate ;)
It was very easy to set up - signed in with github, found my repo, activated. I haven't used it for building PRs, but I've seen it work well; can recommend.
