Breaking Changes

1. kit build will no longer "build" static ui/ by copying its contents to pkg/. If you used this functionality, please move your static ui/ directory into the pkg/ directory.
2. Datetime of files in zips changed.
3. kit new and kit build now enforce -s in process & package names: no _s allowed!
