The ``_inv`` columns are the inverse (reciprocal) of their counterparts.
Where the Planck mean is $$\frac{\int \kappa_\nu B_\nu d \nu}{\int B_\nu d\nu}$$,
the inverse is $$\frac{\int B_\nu d \nu}{\int \kappa_\nu^{-1} B_\nu d\nu}$$.
