This PR introduces changes that allow Microsoft Entra ID authnetication in
AzureOpenAIModelServer.The authentication is performed via AD (active directory) token or AD token provider - callable that return AD token. Adding this feature will allow use of
smolagentsin more secure (usually corporate) environments.
