SQLite doesn't (?) use schema to prefix tables, so currently Atmosphere can't do SQLite. This fixes that.

That said, a solution between this and #8 is probably what I would favor: make schema optional, and force it to None for SQLite (optional but imho better than defaulting it to "public"). That way, the feature guard for SQLite is only required in -core and no sqlite feature is required for -macros.
