During local testing we found the following rule not to be working:
cidrcheck = rule {
sockaddr.is_contained(request.connection.remote_addr, "122.22.3.4/32")
We have changed this into
cidrcheck = rule {
sockaddr.is_contained("122.22.3.4/32",request.connection.remote_addr)
