As per discussion on the channel, it's highly desirable that we don't use MQTT for signaling between the cardreaderd and doorcontrold.
I have started cooking up a HTTP-based transport, but since the NFC libraries are in such a horrible state, I did not get to test the entire loop yet. Submitting what I have so far for review.
