[draft] feat: support reactive rendering

To-do

• The position and the size of tracks should be updated in the reactive rerendering.
• Switching the layout should work
  • When there is an axis, switching from linear to circular make the track empty.
• cursor should be updated on the width change of circular tracks.
• Zoom and pan should reflect on the updated dimensions
