This PR continues the effort from #1508 by applying full type annotations to google/auth/transport/__init__.py.

Changes:

  • Added full type hints to all abstract methods and constants.
  • Updated docstrings for clarity and Mypy compatibility.
  • Confirmed clean via: 
    mypy --strict google/auth/transport/__init__.py
