Based on previous commit.
Rationale: we hope to hash this and use this to decide which pre-existing file to scoop up.
so that macro does not depend on bindgen/llvm.
to places where it's no longer needed.

This is work-in-progress but instead generates the .rs code in advance using a build script.
Will fix #51, #168.
