Wrote the Inspector manual page from scratch with new screenshots, to replace existing barebones version that needed updating.

Thanks for the PR, this page has needed an update for a while! This looks good, however there is an older PR (#10800) that aims to do the same thing. This PR still includes a lot of good information that the other PR doesn't. We're likely going to give the older PR priority and merge it first. After that is merged, this PR can be rebased to include all the information from both PRs. |
