docs: update Arch and Nix community links #2454

- go-task is now directly available at Arch Linux’ extra repo. - Previous AUR package go-task-bin is no longer available. - New AUR package go-task-git is available, which tracks main.
Update reference to the branch in the link (nixos-unstable → master), to be consistent with the previous explanation. To clarify, the updates to the packages in Nixpkgs are performed on the master branch, and later migrated to the different production branches (nixpkgs-unstable, nixos-unstable, nixos-unstable-small), and possibly backported to the stable branches.
Earlier this year Nixpkgs directory structure was refactored to a hashed by-name scheme. Other links in the doc were already updated, this one was still pending. Also, I’ve changed the label from NixOS to Nix to reflect the wider scope. That is, the go-task package at Nixpkgs can be instaled via the Nix package manager wherever you have Nix installed, be it NixOS (or virtually any other Linux distribution, for that matter), or even macOS.
In this section of Package Managers, refer to Nix instead of NixOS, since its scope is wider. Also, update the badges to reflect that, adding a logo for macOS as well.
