It's been long enough that I worked on support for using Apple's libBlocksRuntime that I forgot that there is a special incantation that you need when configuring libdispatch so that it will install the required headers. For that reason, it's probably a good idea to point people in the right direction if they try to compile with
EMBEDDED_BLOCKS_RUNTIME=OFF
.
