The current way of building the AWS Lambda Layer is not working during releases because it tries to install @sentry/aws-serverless from the registry instead of the workspace. Temporarily disable it until we figure out how to fix it.

Bug: Stale Nx Configuration Causes Build Failures
The build:bundle npm script was removed, but the Nx configuration at the bottom of the file still references a build:bundle target. Since no custom executor is defined, Nx will attempt to run the corresponding npm script, which no longer exists, causing build failures when the build:bundle target is invoked.
