Fixes gerrymanoim#319 and gerrymanoim#372. Unconstrains the LastTradingDayBeforeChristmas and LastTradingDayOfCalendarYear series by end_date and adds an override for 2022 instead.

It turns out that the change in 2022 to ditch the early closes was an anomaly as opposed to a new regime.
